Immediately after you will contact us, we will request all the relevant information about the property from you, but to see your property will be necessary.

First of all we will determine our financial terms with you and give you detailed information about our intervention. Our terms will not be changed until the agreement is signed so there will not be any unpleasant surprises for you.

We do not register all offered properties and we will explain to you why: we think that it is quite unfair to look after a property which we are not interested in only to increase the number of offered properties of our agency.
