First of all we will priorities your needs (house or a flat, location, closeness to work/school, rent, number of bedrooms) and we will sort them by importance.

The whole process can be done during a personal meeting in our agency or through email. All your requirements will be put on a form and that will result in a profile of a wanted property. Using this form will let us choose 5 to 6 properties matching your criteria and also it will enable us to organise the viewings of these properties during one day. You will not be overwhelmed with information as it would be with our competition who can organize tenths of viewings.

To buy

We also use the same form to buy a property as for renting to priorities all your needs and requests.

The knowledge of the property market unable us to guess the time needed to find the right property for a client.
We will accompany you in the research of possibilities and options of financing(we are not under contract with any bank).
We can also provide (in both languages if needed) all official business associated with the property transfer.

In all cases

We will explain to you all the differences between the Slovak law and the law of your country in the area of properties, and all these explanations can help you to avoid possible problems between the landlord and tenant or between the seller and buyer.

First of all we will determine our financial terms with you and give you detailed information about our intervention.
The terms of fixed rate will not be changed in connection with the rent, or the price of the property which you will choose.
We manage number of properties, but our main priority is a satisfied client. In case we will not be able to find you the right property in our database, we will become “hunters of properties” so we could find you an estate which will meet your needs and expectations.
