With the right price it becomes a very attractive possibility for clients.

In addition to a lower of rent, profit or selling price, it is possible to offer him something more. The quality of building work which is not real now will become certain right away, there is also requirement for attractive architecture, technology, details, pleasant green environment, easy parking. New trends such as everything for free are becoming more real, extra high payments will become history. The only luxury for which we will have to pay extra will be the location. Like everywhere else in the world.
