The situation on the property market of new flats in Slovakia is similar to the one in Czech Republic. It means that the paid rent will be deducted from the final price of the flat and that the client will pay only the rest of the price. Tatra Residence in its Petrzalka project is considering to offer something similar, Vinohradis from GTC or Oberone in Dlhe Diely from Ipec have already started with this system. With the right price it becomes a very attractive possibility for clients.

New trends such as everything for free are becoming more real, extra high payments will become history. The only luxury for which we will have to pay extra will be the location.
